What personal data we collect and why
When you place an order, we collect the information needed to fulfill it: your name, shipping and billing address, email address, phone number, and order details. If you create an account, we also store your account information so you can view your order history and manage your addresses.
We do not collect or store your full payment card details. Payments are processed directly by PayPal — see the Payments section below.
Cookies
Like most online stores, we use cookies for essential functions such as keeping items in your cart and keeping you logged in to your account. These essential cookies don’t require consent, as the site can’t function properly without them.
We also use non-essential cookies for analytics, described below. These only load after you give consent through the cookie banner shown when you first visit the site. You can change your consent choices at any time using the “Manage Consent” link in the site footer.
Analytics
With your consent, we use Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager) to understand how visitors use our site — which pages are viewed, which products are viewed or added to cart, and how visitors move through checkout. This helps us improve the shopping experience. Google Analytics does not store your full IP address as part of its standard data collection.
Payments
Payments are processed by PayPal. When you check out, you’re transacting directly with PayPal under their own privacy policy and terms — we don’t see or store your full card or bank details.
Fonts and embedded content
This site loads fonts from Google Fonts to display text correctly. Loading these fonts may share your IP address with Google.
Who we share your data with
We share your order and shipping information with our fulfillment and shipping partners so they can deliver your order. We share payment information with PayPal to process your transaction. With your consent, usage data is shared with Google as part of our analytics setup.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
How long we retain your data
We retain order information for as long as necessary for accounting, tax, and legal purposes. If you have an account, we retain your account information until you ask us to delete it. You can view, update, or request deletion of your account information at any time by contacting us or through My Account.
What rights you have over your data
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or request deletion of the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing (such as analytics tracking, which you can withdraw consent for at any time). Where your data is sent
Some of the services we use — including Google Analytics, Google Fonts, and PayPal — may process data outside of your own country, including in the United States. These providers maintain their own safeguards for handling personal data in compliance with applicable law.
